DRAGON EXPLORE (Our Ninja Prep classes)
Futures is THE place to be for a preschooler! Your 3-4 year old ninja will be excited every week to train to become a Ninja Dragon Warrior at age 5.
At this age your Dragon Warrior will enjoy class with the assistance of a parent or guardian. You will be present in the gym area, learning with your Warrior and lending a helping hand when needed.
Your Dragon Warrior will learn rolls, begin handstands and practice being upside down, and strengthen their grip while hanging, swinging, and climbing in Dragon Headquarters. We will introduce the basics of martial arts and learn to run through obstacle courses. Your Warrior will come home tired!
