We want to take a moment to reach out and get a conversation started about what Futures is doing when it comes to not only supporting diversity, but embracing it.  The last few years have highlighted how many organizations can do better by having deeper, more meaningful conversations and to really look at their operations and see if improvements can be made.

If you would like to be part of this dialogue or if you know others in our organization that might like to talk, we would love to hear how we can improve.

We know this is not a quick fix and we know that the path may not be a straight line but we do want to ensure that we are open, transparent, and doing what's right for every member; child, staff, or parent.  

We have reached out to speak with an expert in this area, and we may be able to utilize their services right away or at the very least, once we are in operations again.   We do want though to begin a conversation about where we should look at our operations and where we can begin to make positive improvements.

We promise to be more reflective about how and why we do things and to work harder to not just promote diversity but embrace it.  Every business owner and leader of children should look inward and make improvements that enhance every member's experience.
